Please post forum change requests here. I will get to them as I am able.

Continuing the theme of trying to improve the intuitivity/readibility of the forum, Iā€™d request further emphasizing the thread content, as it currently blends a bit too much into everything else, and can be overshadowed by the ā€œNew & Unread Topicsā€ ā€“section below it.

When I opened the page for this thread, I had to look around a while to figure out where the actual post here was, haha, because thread start blends in with, well, everything else. Hereā€™s a picture to try to explain what I mean:

The area outlined in red is the actual content Iā€™m in this page for, yet it takes far less space and is far less noticeable than the ā€œsecondaryā€ content (outlined in purple).

In longer threads (like ā€˜In Defense of Idiosyncratic Dice Mechanicsā€™) this is less of a case, but Iā€™d still appreciate clearer content hierarchy.

Thanks for the feedback @Fell! I made the New & Unread Topics smaller and added a top border to that section to make it appear more distinct. I did the same with the footer buttons and added some extra padding between it and the new and unread topics section. Does this look better to you? Any other suggestions/requests for this change?

It is an improvement, thank you!

Request to change the name of the forum from ā€œd6plusā€ to something like ā€œrpg developmentā€. ā€œd6plusā€ has a strong association with rules light and narrative games which, while great, feels very limiting to the scope of the forum and to people making games with other types of dice
